Archil Sikharulidze<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Archil Sikharulidze is the founder of the Tbilisi-based research institute, the SIKHA foundation (Georgia). He holds master\u2019s degrees in International Relations from Tbilisi State University (MA, TSU, Georgia) and in Public Administration from Robert Gordon University (MPA, Aberdeen, Scotland, UK).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His research focuses on Russian and Islamic Studies, as well as political developments in the South Caucasus, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan; finally, higher education system reform in Georgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nino Skvortsova<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Nino Skvortsova is a senior researcher at the Tbilisi-based SIKHA Foundation (Georgia). She is a PhD candidate in Political Science at Kuban State University and a PhD candidate in Media and Communications at the People\u2019s Friendship University of Russia. She also holds a master\u2019s degree in International Relations and a bachelor\u2019s degree in Social Sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her research interests include regional studies of the South Caucasus, Georgia\u2019s domestic and foreign policy, and Russian public diplomacy in the CIS. She is also engaged in media studies, with a focus on political communication and strategic culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, Nino is pursuing Islamic studies, with a particular interest in the political philosophy of Islam and contemporary Muslim societies in the Caucasus and neighboring regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
